lift weights! you'll get some more endorphines in your brain and make you feel happy

i dont need to feel happy, i need the virus that is sucking my energy from within me to die. but happiness is good too!

try a homeopathic remedy-they have different things for specific problems like colds or hayfever. you can ask at the healthfood store if you are not sure. even if it doesn't work, it won't hurt you. but def try lots of water and green teas w/ ginseng, echinasea, &/or antioxidants

make sure you take aspirin before you take off or your ears will hurt

no, you definitely should check with your doctor if you're getting sick. If you fly with an ear infection, you can permanently damage your ears. That's what I had to do before I went away...but the flight was still torturous on the ears.

I think I have some type of medical problem because my ears hurt so bad last time I flew that I almost started crying. I didn't have an infenction it just felt like someone was sticking needles that were on fire in my eardrums the whole time.

Celestial Seasonings makes a tea called "Sushine C". It's in a red box with a little sick koala bear on the front. It always makes me feel better.

Drink enough OJ to drown yourself in. Nyquil will make you sleep better at night so you won't be as tired in the mornings. Golden Seal is a good medicine to take (it's herbal).

YO linds!!! thats MY cure... wow soo cool, thats exactly what ive been doing, drown myself in OJ and hit up nyquil at night... its the best! ONE MIND!

thatdarngirl #6.1.1 thatdarngirlOG 2002

Hoowah! Do you know what's even better then Nyquil at night? Taking Nyquil during the day when you feel so disgusting all you do is sit on the couch. Just Wonderful.

ok, have those top ramen noodles, i know it sounds dumb but it ain't. They have heat which is necessary and they have salt which is key in getting better. That and gatorade. Take those with some rest and you will get tons better....

malibu #7.1 malibuOG 2001

see my doctor always said how gatorade was actually really bad for you when you were sick because it has sugar in it.

thatdarngirl #7.1.1 thatdarngirlOG 2002

That's a lie! It keeps you hydrated

malibu #7.1.1.1 malibuOG 2001

it always made me wanna throw-up more.

beachbum #7.1.2 beachbumOG 2002

a lot of sugar actually dehydrates you and you really shouldn't just drink gatorade when it's hot-water is the best thing

malibu #7.1.2.1 malibuOG 2001

ha ha on you! i win.
