Are you ready?/Does anyone wakeboard?
by So I just got my first issue of Transworld Snowboarding Magazine, and let me tell you--I am psyched, I am amped, I am SOOOOOOO dang excited to snowboard this year!!!!
Obviously though, despite all my amibitious exuberance and zealous yearning towards snowboarding...I can't. There's no snow. There won't be for a long while. So, in the mean time, I will be looking at pictures of snowboarding, reading articles about snowboarding, playing snowbard videogames, dreaming of snowboarding, practicing on a trampoline for snowboarding, and counting the days until--you guessed it, until I can snowboard.
Buuuuuuuuuut it's come to my attention that I could have snowboard-like fun in the summer, and this is the point of my entire story. Does anyone out there wakeboard, know anyone who wakeboards, and...can I come?

do you wake board at the back of a boat or jet ski? how advanced are you?.. I just started again, and have done it off both, i prefer a jetski at the moment.

i've never done it off a jet ski... just a boat. once you learn to get up.. it's pretty much easy from there. i mean.. i'm not doing back flips.. but i am riding around... hiting a few wakes... neked

i went wakeboarding once. it was awesome. i did a wcwillie freestyle toe ramp split nippy crispy wangladook.

i wish i could go wakeboarding or even snowboarding. the most that i ever did on something like that was sled ride down a really big hill and hit a rock. it was kinda fun and it didn't hurt when i eventually came down.
IT IS STILL SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sittin on the beach surrounded by sun and sand yesterday and yet people have an hour conversation about snowboarding. yeah its great but stick to the season you're in!!! now wakeboarding. there's a good idea. we saw them at 6 flags. very impressive.

It really is though, I too could go to the buffet and eat only that with white rice and maybe a donut.

wakeboarding is so much fun...the only person i know that does it on a regular basis is larry m. he's really good at it..it's cool to watch.
