by So I went to see the Toasters last night..soooo awesome!! They played an amazing set. The band before them, Tree Phort, was very..interesting. The one member slowly lost his clothing throughout the performance until at the end he was only wearing bikini underwear. Odd. It got worse when he set his underwear on fire. I've never seen anything like that before.
Anyways, I've never seen any pictures of the Toasters, and I pictured them as these tall skinny white guys, and two of them were, and the other two looked like biker dudes. They were so great. They kept making sure all the little kids (like 13 and under, where are there parents??) in the front didn't get squished because the moshing pit was nuts! Skanking is good, but makes you want to throw up when it is super hott. I love ska.
