I Feel badly for slugs
Ok, so after a long weekend of things i won't write about (I DIDN'T DO ANY OF IT I SWEAR, i'm a good little boy) and 3 sets of retarded twin midgets (CAN WE MOW YOUR LAWN?) i go home and being the rather well-mannered man i was raised to be, i wait for a woman walking while wobbling down the back steps of my building like she was drunk, holding the door.
I looked quickly to see what was taking her soo long, i mean she had her head facing her purse but i swore i saw her looking RIGHT at me. So i finally clear my throat and ask and then she comes down the stairs and one eye was LARGE and sent one way and the other went the other way. I hate the awkward moment when you have to figure out which eye is the one to look at, it feels like an eternity. I make it a point to look at that eye so they don't feel bad.
But slugs are what i feel for most of all. I mean when it rains, they have to get out of the ground which they churn and reinvigorate with vital nutrients, which are in turn supplied to the very flora wich provide us with our many sources of food. And they have to find another spot to achieve their calling in life. But since they have a higher purpose yet intelligence not rivaling a licked stamp, they often get squished, stranded or burned alive by the sun so vital to this entire chain of life.
I once saw a person put salt on a slug, and it was not a humorous sight as the comics and tv programs would suggest to you. I will not say they are cute or cuddly (Ok,the cartoon slugs that are drawn with those funny eyes are kinda cute), but they are definitely worthy of concern when walking.
Enough of my highmindedness for one day, did i tell you guys i love text? Send me text, i am crazy for it. I'll send it back to you i promise.....

You are thinking of WORMS. Slugs eat all my foliage, so I get out my salt shaker and......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
(sorry, I'm in my manic phase)
bi-polar much? ... manic phase should be a good time right? ... can' you just be ... UNO-polar.. and be manic all the time.. just loving life. having a good time.. oh wait.. i'm maaaaaaaaaaaaanic.. wooo hooo
manic isn't good either though, we learned about this in psychology (and it's called mania btw) Here is why it isn't good:
1.)exaggerated optimism and self-confidence
2.)Excessive irritability, aggressive behavior
3.)Racing speech, racing thoughts, flight of ideas
4.)Grandiose delusions, inflated sense of self-importance
5.)Impulsiveness, poor judgment, distractibility
6.)Reckless behavior
7.)In the most severe cases, delusions and hallucinations
Yeah..we talked about this to. My prof gave us a biographical example of this guy and what he was like both in his mania state and his depressed state. It's actually really sad because it's two extremes that don't function well in life.
meds help tone it down. anyhow, funny how we go from slugs to this!!!
no he right. i don't mind making fun of it, this mental illness is drivin me crazy! hah!
yeah, you're confusing slugs and worms...slugs are FUN to kill...i used to do it a lot as a kid
worms are FUN to save...if i see a worm on pavement, i always pick if up and put it on the grass...i did this at a house out in service once, and then my hands were yucky
NO!!! SLUGS PEOPLE, SLUGS!!! I am from the city, slugs come out of the grass and across the pavement...
AND they leave this SLIMY stuff....but theres one bug i hate the worst, earwigs. they have NO function except to feed to....SPIDERS. hey i might try that with a slug but it would break the web. maybe a BABY SLUG would work???
If you pour salt on them they shrivel up. ALSO I hear that if you put a dish of beer out, the slugs get in, get drunk and die. Haha. Has anyone every smeared a lightning bug on the ground? They leave a cool glowing smear that fades away.
holy crap. you must have been the hitler of the local gastropod and insect community!
