Shop Till You Drop!
Recently, I have been doing a lot of shopping. It used to be that no matter what I purchased, my parents would pay for. So I didn't mind spending $50 on sneakers, or $40 on jeans cuz I wasn't paying for it. But lemme tell you how times are a-changing and now I have become a total bargen shopper. Now, I patheticly head straight for the clearence and sale racks. But at least I am able to laugh at myself while doing it.
So, on Wednesday, I brought 2 new pairs of sneakers from Vans for just $40! And since I now work at Pacific Sunwear, I get a 30% discount... so today I went up in there and made what should have been a $81 purchase... but I only paid $57!
And this my friends, is why I heart shopping.

are ou a boy or a girl? i love shopping too, but i am poor, so i cant do it too often
haha i'm a girl... can't u tell from my pic? :/ lol yea i'm pretty poor at the moment too... but that hasn't really stoped me...
oh haha now it makes more sense. what stores do u like? i remeber going to the mall in NJ and there were a lot of different stuff than in the malls here.
i LOVE PacSun... maybe cuz i work there... or maybe just cuz their clothes r so cute... i also shop at Vans, Roxy (when i have money), H&M, Hot Topic... hmm... and when i'm REALLY poor and REALLY desperate, i'll shop at Joyce Leslie or Rainbow cuz u can get an entire outfit for like $10.... i think thats about it... i'm VERY picky with my clothes...
I am an H&M fiend. And Hot Topic of course!! If I had money though..like lots of it all the time..I would love to wear everything in Arden B.
H & M and I are lovers.
the boys just recently went in there are were so stunned to finally be at the place we love so much.
Seriously..when I go in there..I could stay for hours. Actually, I usually do.
they just changed the inventory at ours to 80s punk. oy i had to be forcefully removed from the store.
Actually..I kind of like SOME of that stuff. SOME..I say SOME. The rest of it is a hideous nightmare..but there are a few things that can be cute. Or..were you saying that you like that stuff too..therefore my defense is useless?
what's the name of the store you bought your prom dress in?? cuz i really like that store a lot. just such good stuff. and they had some 80's punk stuff that was simply adorable.
I was just about to type it when my mind went blank. Windsor! Yeah..they had some really hott skirts there, I want to go back.
they still have windsors?? where?!
YEAH! I saw an add in 17 and checked it online..the only one anywhere near here is at the Jersey Gardens Mall. The rest are all like west coast. It's such an awesome store!
whooooo!! pacsun! i like that and aeropostale, old navy, and american eagle.
man, i hate aeropostale, american eagle, and abercrombie and fitch. i do enjoy old navy jeans though. but besdies those i just don't like it. you're just a continual walking advertisement for $50. you pay them $30 or $50 so you can walk around promoting them.
I'm with you, I don't like to wear clothes with the store name printed on them. (except for my old jcrew hoodie that i've had since high school)
ehh...communist
just kidding. i sometime like to wear the clothes with the nameson them just becuz they look cool, not for the purpose of being an advertisement. and maybe bein a walkin advertisement aint so bad.nobody pays to walk around promoting them, they pay to buy clothes that they like. In turn, putting ur name brand on the clothes is good for bussines, a smart bussiness move. It also distinguishes your label from other wannabe clothes lines who try to make similar style clothes. and plus, i think the name aeropostale is cool. it's just too long. and it ends with "pale".
I used to love aeropastale, now they've gone a bit too crazy because everything they sell has the name on it. Abercrombie, though fairly expensive, actually makes really cute stuff that doesn't have the Abercrombie logo or name on it. Besides..they also make those tank tops with the little beeds all over them..I love those.
HEAR HEAR! ugh... i HATE the mall. Its a smorgasbord of the most annoying loud people, the loudest, ugliest babies, and the most gay ANNOYING music.
and its full of children who don't fear and respect the escalators
ugh, old navy jeans shrink so much! AE jeans all the way.
yes. ae jeans are amazing. i 'structure' jeans too
are you kidding?? i have a pair of old navy jeans that were given to me second hand and i've had them for about 3 years now and they just fit me perfectly and are my favorite jeans.
hmm, weird...i guess my body just isn't made for old navy jeans...ussually the dont fit so great in the thighs either...different strokes for different folks......hahahahha, i can't believe i just used that phrase
I wish I could get shoes for $20 a pair. Unfortunately, I wear a size 15 and nobody makes cheap shoes that size.
LOL. we share the same predicament. i wear a 15, in some brands 16, and it's almost impossible to find shoes! and whenever i go into a store and ask "do you carry size 15?" they point toward the back of the store and say "back wall", where all the ugly rejected shoes are. it's a hard big footed life
go to marshalls
the marshalls by me smells funny...
if we go to the mall one more time...
Hollister is the coolest store ever!! After that, it's all about ae, old navy, abercrombie...and a little gap and express thrown in here and there...and j crew...they've got some really nice sweaters
See..I just got these new hollister pants and they fit me pretty hott and all..but I tried on some of those adorable tank tops..naked! So I'm gonna have to abercrombie for them I suppose.
this girl from georgia had told me about hollister and i had never seen one up here. but then one time we saw warwick wearing them and were confused.
there is one in the roosevelt field mall on long island...of course that's not in nj...but i'm sure they'll spread quickly, they just started and our owned by A&F...they'll encompass the US eventually...go capitalism! (but really not, cause the US isn't a true, pure capitalist society...not that i'm promoting US government, cause i'm not...but economically...i prefer capitalism to communism...and semi capitalism to capitalism...ugh, i'm rambling)
Better yet..there is one in Garden State Plaza..the utopia of shopping malls.
I WORK THERE!!!!!
Duh! That's why it's a utopia!!
I heart shopping so much. But I'm broke, ergo, I can't shop.
i heart shopping more than any man should heart shopping.
pat, what are you talking about?? every time i see you, you have the same large yellow gap sweatshirt on.
o man... on sunday Pat was wearing this BRIGHT blue shirt with The Tick on it... made it VERY easy to find him in the pit so it was good hehe
yo that and i was one of the taller ones. And older and wider than most of the people there. I took up two spaces...
yo it's aeropostale girlie!! The time before i had a nautica hoodie on. Man i need to get rid of my hoodies...
exactly. you speak of loving shopping but i have never seen you in anything but a hoodie.
what about at the beach?
but later that night when it got cold you had a hoodie on.
