by Everyone has something that they do at the end of a hard day to relax. This has been a hard day for me, so tonight I'll do what I do to relax. Have a cookie or two for dinner, watch a little "My So-Called Life" and take a hot bath with a cup of my favorite tea.

That wasn't a joke, if I worked out to relieve tenstion, man I would be able to throw cars. And I would really benefit from reading the Bible at night before I go to bed instead of being online.
i didn't take it as a joke. it's nice to see that i have a good influence. for working out and reading the bible, all it takes is some tweaks in your schedule and effort, even force yourself sometimes. eventually it will become systematic.
