Frodo needs help

Hi all - I have a major confession. Yeah I haven't seen any of the Lord of the Rings movies in completetion, I mean I saw pieces but not the actual full run of any of them.
But I blame this on my 5th grade teacher who made reading the actual books a miserable experience. Perhaps this is why I never wanted to see the movies.

Anyways how long are they? and could I watch them in one sitting? I would really like to see them now that the third one is out...

I think Fellowship is around 3 hours long and so is Two Towers. Return of the King is 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Hey, calm down. We already had this discussion before on how "off topic" marks aren't personal insults or anything it's just a way of saying that you're comment is off topic. Which it is seeing as how I don't see how it relates to lord of the rings. Also, Ian isn't standing up for Dan. I don't know why he needed to edit your comment (we should all act mature enough in what we say so that he doesn't need to) and even if he was standing up for Dan..it's his site he can do whatever he wants.

exactly!!!! how amazing did gondor and rivendall look??? simply stunning and i really wish we had the view of water they do from rivendale than millions of tiny shacks lined up around the beach.
