its always been around....its jsut becoming more mainstream i guess....
*LISTEN TO BOB MARLEY*
reggae/dancehall has always been around-just not as mainstream as it is lately. it's pretty funny that most americans have no clue what is being said in the songs. it is sometimes pretty raunchy.
frankie, stop listening to z100. you get a perfectly respectable station named 89.5 where you are.
haha dean dean dean. ur so cute. hows elaine? o man u gotta come down and bring those girls u brought that i worked out in service with. i hit it off with one of them ;)
most spanish reggae gets on my nerves
odd. i'm listening to reggae right now.
OK LEMME CLEAR IT UP FOR YOU PEOPLE. I should have mentioned...i listen to 2 stations ONLY. Not Z100 Dean..haha Power105.1 and Hot97. Ok thats only r&b\hip hop. Im talking about those stations. Raggaeton has always been around, i kno this. and every sunday night they have had a reggae mix since way back. im talking bout that fact that the raggae scene is takin over the hip hop world all of a sudden. Now its hittin the mainstream. Thats what i meant. Bob marley doesnt count.lol but hes hot
Could you be loved, and be loved?
uh yeah it's what's called a cycle. Cuz as a few of you may remember, Murder she wrote and oh carolina sparked a reggae craze a few years ago. After a couple months bad reggae will come out and it will all die down again...
