Has anyone ever traveled using Travelocity.com, Travelzoo.com or some other travel web site? I'm planning a vacation, and the deals are really appealing, especially the packages with air and hotels. Is it legit, though? What sites have you used?

We used Expedia.com for Mexico earlier this year. Worked out great. We did the flights + hotel through them. Very smooth, and decent deal.

i've used expedia and priceline.com. i love priceline cause you get your tickets cheaper.

I forgot, i've used cheaptickets.com also.

I just got tickets to Costa rica using expedia--great prices, too. I'll tell you how good things go. In the past I've used priceline, cheaptickets, and several others to get my tickets, but never with the hotel included. All have worked out relatively well. One time, though, I got sent to Texas for my stop over to Vancouver....that's a little ridiculous.

i know. i was cracking up so hard when he told me and i was trying to think if i could get away with it but going to rio and coming back would take more than a weekend. plus my rents would skitz.

yeah did that. It worked good. However its good to use it to locate the airline with the deal and then buy the ticket directly from the airlines website :)
