A-punting we will Go

theremin by theremin · Oct 2, 2004 · 168 views · · · Journal

So, I decided to escape London for the day, and hop on coach to Oxford, Oxfordshire to see what I could see. O, Oxford, where the "Locals hate students and the University, and used to kill them on a regular basis in the 16th century." - ( www.greenplastic.com ) Oxford, home to Radiohead and Supergrass. Oxford, home to punting! of course. Well, with as little limit as a day to my credit, I had to forgo the punting for this time 'round. However, I managed to get a good walk in and see some incredible postcardesque scenes. Buildings as old as dirt, and green greens. I've uploaded pictures that I took today, aptly titled "Oxford," so 'ave a look!

do you think you're goingto be able to make it to Ireland too?

Don't think I can manage Eire this time 'round. Too much Craic in little time, gets plenty taxing on the wallet. Shame. Trying to get to Crymu at the end of this month tho at least. There's gonna be a Special Day Circuit Assembly in Welsh on the 23rd. Should be interesting to see, if I manage to get over there.
