Great week all i did was lift weights so far, excited because i got a new sweat band thats hot. Monday when i was done working out i drank beer like a fiend and crushed cans on my head while my wife slaps me in the stomach like a cowgirl. Yee haw.

Oh on wednesday oh this is great you're going to love this, I was playin football in the house with my buddy and i kicked a hole in the wall when i went to punt

yesterday i worked on my truck while lifting weights at the same time and throwing touchdown passes.

Actually, all i did this week so far was prefusely sweat while putting in new RAM for a computer, that was hot
