i tried to get into knitting but it didn't work. i'm too impatient for it and after 5 minutes i wanted to stick the needles in my eyes!
if you use a larger needle size and thick yarn it goes pretty fast. i can make a baby blanket in a week and a scarf in a few days.
hmmm, maybe i'll try that, but i think being "patient" is the key here. :P
im not patient at all. i made myself a sleeveless turtleneck sweater in a large cotton yarn. that took a month. then i decided to make the same sweater in a finer yarn and that was two years ago. its still half-done.
i don't love knitting, i just want to try it...see what the buzz is about
