UPDATED ******Puppy Name's?
by Okay.. So one of these cute little puppy's will be ours in about 2 weeks.
We are in search of a name.
This dog will reach about 150 pounds so it needs a cool name. It is a Dogo Argentino.It is a male. Will remain pure white. big muscular, playfull guard dog is basically what this animal is. ha ha.. The breeder told us that one of her Dogos took down a mountain lion. CRAZYYYYY...
Here are a few names we came up with. We need some more ideas.
1. Batman.... (LOVE this one cuase i love batman)
2. Maximus Ariliuos
3. Rhino

UPDATE:--- The puppy will be ready to pick up on the 12 of this month. & It is co-ownership- I duno if anyone knows about that, but basically it is if the breeder descided to breed him he is allowed. for up to 2 years we can not nueter him for this reason. But a year later the breeder can say he is not going to use our pup to breed. This is pretty normal with show quality dogs & well breed dogs in general. I dont particularly care for it becuase i want my dog nuetered I dont feel like putting up with dog humps for 2 years. But it is what it is. & he named the dog already. We can change it of course, but he has named it.. and its name is Dun dun nu NUUUUU.--- Goose.. haha its pretty funny, I kinda like it, but brandon doesnt, ha so we might be changing it. So I am so excited to get "Goose".

yeah for a dog name you always gotta think, how is this gonna sound calling the dog, etc. - and also don't dogs respond better to certain sounds or whatever, like naming a dog "ariel" or something would be weird because the word sounds too soft and it doesn't have any defining sounds like i don't know it's hard to explain...

like a dog's name has to have a hard sound to it or something
like i have to say the name outloud, ya know, and see what it would sound like calling the dog from the backyard or whatever, it has to have a certain sound and the word has to be like easily recognizable for the dog

I now we have re-searched it and the breeder asked us a whole bunch of questions to make sure we can handle it. The asked our weight,, if we had dogs before, what were they about 20 minutes of questions. it was awesome cause it made me know he cares about the puppies, he knows his puppies/dogs and wants to make sure the people purchasing them can take care of them.
and also alot with any dog has to do with how you raise it. poeple think pits are viciuos but brandon had a pit and the blue pit his mom has now are awesome.
butttt at the same time depends on the dogs personality,, that is why branodn is going out to speak with the guy play with all the pups and so forth to see it's personality
