this is not really the same thing...but still weird all together. I saw this movie, where the backs of this guys ankles got cut, and it grossed me out so bad. and every time i have "exposed" ankles...in sandles, etc. i think of that scene, and darn myself to heck for ever watching it.
haha i hate that scene in that movie in cover my eyes EVERY TIMEEEE
poor buck. he just liked doing what he came to do. . .
no pun intended?
haha
oh my
big pun lol
"i don't wanna be a playa no more..."
i have the same fear. like i'm always picturing my achilles tendon just snapping and me falling on the ground. and of course i'd be able to see the muscle break. i went to that bodies exhibit where you see all the human muscles and all i could stare at was the achilles tendon and how imperitive it is and yet oh so small.
we took the dog to the beach today and we had him on one of those long 16 foot leads - and he somehow ran around me real fast and the lead SCRAPED the back of my ankles. it killed. KILLED.
my dad ruptured his achilles tendon this weekend. and passed out from the pain. i can't even imagine how bad that hurt.
ohhh, nooo. i'm sorry to hear that.
UGH that happens to me. i can totally ignore the world around me but when something annoys me, like a song, that plays in my head over and over adn over. its annnnnoying!
there was a commercial i used to see as a kid with a song that said, "I'M REALLY GLAD THEY MADE THE CHILDREN'S AID SOCIETY"
that comes in my head and stays there sometimes.
another one is more of a random visual from a commercial. it's a girl in 80's clothes with her arms out to her sides spinning around and just looking generally euphoric. theres all kinds of really silly looking video effects warping the film and changing colors and stuff. in the backround theres a really bassy keyboard. *bow bow bow, b'bow bow mow mow bow mow*
so, yeah, those are stuck in my head sometimes
there's a guy that matt and I work with who ALWAYS has some song stuck in his head. but you can change it. Just start singing any song from our childhood, like "living on a prayer" or whatever, and off he goes.
haha... i was thinking of him too when i read this
This is only going to be up for a little bit.. taking it down sooon.
Usually whatever the first song I hear in the morning is the one stuck in my head. So if the radio alarm comes on with a ghey song, I must fight it out of my head.
