The Nights Garden

The night looms before me

As the sky darkens

Into the grassyplains and romantic beaches

As I look outside into the darkness

With the stars twinkling aboue my head

I see his face

Among the stars

Illuminating the pathway

To his heart.

Where diamonds fall from the sky

And roses twist from fingertips

And where the warmth stays all year round
