Bedtime Rituals

personally, i like to at least brush my teeth. since i already showered after work, i don't clean up all that much. i've been trying to get into the habit of flossing (again), but my teefus are slow close together, it's really hard to get the floss in between.

am i the only nut with these issues?

put my hair in a pony tail, brush my teeth, wash my face, put on my sweatshirt, kiss my mom goodnight, put my alarm on, say my prayer, and go to shleepy shleep.

My current schedule is messed up, so during the week I sleep when I can (wash up, brush teeth, set alarm, say my prayer and zonk out)... On weekends, pretty much the same, but I also do some reading before sleep... I usually go to sleep hugging my pillow, which is more than I think anyone here wants to know :-0

Talk to brandon,then go to sleep, Thats the only consecutive thing i can think of that i do that would be considered a ritual, other than that i dont really have one!

i kiss my mommy and daddy goodnight and head down the basement (our room is in the lower levels but we have a tv, fridge, radio, a real little apartmnet. all we need is a bathroom.)watch friends on at 11, get my pjs on in between commerials, do my homework while watching just shoot me at 11:30. Then i go upstairs to brush my teeth and go potty but its always dark. and EVERY NIGHT i go screaming down the stairs with my eyes closed because i think the aliens from signs are gonna jump out at me, so if i am yelling i can't hear them and die a quick death. that movie freaked me out and scared me so much.

whenever i get a chance to get near a bed i just fall into it and sleep as much as i possibly can. But ususually i end up going to bed at like 12 or so, but i change, go use the outhouse, set the rat and goat traps, kill all the bats that are hanging from the ceiling, and then turn in.
