wow... hey, thanks Brian... I love you, man! The sad thing is that A) a lot of these tracks probably surfaced on various bootlegs over the years and B) Macca, Starr, Ono and Harrison's family will probably make sure these tracks never see the legit light of day!
(who's macca?) was apple owned outright by the fab 4? otherwise, some 'business-types' may have say.

well, i don't see why they would prevent their public release...if there are any good tracks in there. (personally, i didn't like those cds that came out a few years back...i am comfortable with the version that was originally put out, but those alternate versions were too distracting.)
Well, the reason why the Beatles CDs are in such poor sound quality, why the US albums aren't on CD, why there aren't any CD bonus tracks and why Let It Be (the movie) isn't on DVD (plus more stuff) is because Apple (the surviving Beatles and families) are very restrictive as to what is released. The primamry reason why teh Anthology CDs were compiled and released is because there were too many "inferior quality" bootlegs out there.
