Ever have bazooka joe in a tube? it was like a toothpaste tube, but it had oozing gum in it. I loved that. and Big League Chew. I used to cram so much of that in my mouth at once and try to blow huge bubbles.
YES i've had the tube! i often wonder why don't kids nowadays like candy as much as i did or generations past? going to the penny candy store was such good times!
the worst were the candy tubes where it was just like colored liquid sugar. Those were bad....

anyway... expresso is pretty amazing. if you look at it... it looks like guiness, when you drink it , it tastes like warm warm guiness.

espresso is supposed to be a small amount...especially if it's real italian espresso which is so strong it can make your teeth fall out
hmm i've had true french expresso . extremely bitter and powerful. it's like guiness but 10x times the taste. usually have half a cup... and i'm wired for hours. and then i crash . HARD.
doesn't make me wired...i must be accustomed to the taste. i had a cup after every dinner in italy.

mmm yea....saturday night i went to Ferrara in little italy and had an espresso and some of my friends had almond flavored capuccino that was SO good. i love making anise pizelles and also biscotti!

occasionally i have cravings for the coffee you get at wawa or quikcheck like the french vanilla or amaretto that has so much creamer in it you can't even taste the coffee anymore. now THAT is good stuff.
i hate coffe but my sister is obsessed and our room constantly smells like all these different blends. i hate everything about it. how its tastes. so dumb. it turns your teeth yellow and stunts your growth.

OH my goodness!! I heard that too! My mom never even allowed us to put beverages on it, just magazines...
we got the evil eye if we even looked at the top of the coffee table...when we were little though we had wooden hasacks that had pillows on top instead of a coffee table. we would stand on top of them and pretend we were on Kids Incorporated or since they were hollow we'd to flip them over and pretend they were boats or magic carpets.
