AFI with the Explosion. The opening band (who's name I can't remember) was so super cool because they had a tamboreen which isn't spelt right.

ouch. actually i used to teach swing dancing lessons, at Bergen Community College, back in like 99. Then I realized it was horribly out-of-date.
