Funny Stuff
With everyone talking about Iraq it reminded me of something that happened the other day. So in S.S. class we had to look up information on Iraq and a few other things. Well while I was reading some information I came across the word Iraqis. Not knowing what this word was, i turned to a few kids next to me, and my teacher and go "What is Iraq-is?" They all stared at me for a moment and then barreled with laughter. It was just one of those times when you look at word and if you actually took the time to READ it you'd get what it was. Still though I mean who knew this was the name of the people. I would have thought i'd be Iraqes or something. Well anyway i'm not livin that one down. Anybody else have some funny stories about the pronunciation of words?

I said Canadia instead of Canada a while back..cause yah know..Canadians live in Canada so it should just be Canadia
