Annoyance
Ok, so I'm coming back from someone's house for work the other day and I stop at a light. Then a train goes by, a freight train. A million box cars go by. It felt like a comedy cuz there were fifty cars going by and about four colors so it looked like it was the same four going around in a circle.
I timed it, and it took about four minutes, but it felt like 37 to be exact. Really why are there box cars anymore? I know stuff has to be shipped cross-country but can't they fly it or send it in trucks like all of the other companies? Has this ever happened to you guys?

I think maybe they might carrying the weapons Saddam is hiding....?
Seriously tho, maybe its cheaper to ship things by old trains? At least they LOOK old...
there's one train by my house that passes at exactly 10:20 PM. and it goes across the street- and hten stops. and backs up. and then pulls forward. and then backs up. it does this for approx. 20 mins....20 minutes in which you want to shoot yourself, because you can't cross. so. yes.
Some stuff still goes by train or truck... like Fed Ex or UPS Ground service...
i see. You could put pickup trucks in the ones i saw....
U,... they could have been transporting those, too... They don't actually DRIVE new cars and trucks to the dealer... heh
I was sitting in front of tracks in Phillipsburg for 12 minutes a couple months ago. It was terrible!
