I just found two of the coolest things in the world. Are you into pogo sticks? Well, these college kids over at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh (i was just there for a fugazi concert) have come up with a new pogo stick called the BowGo based on a robotic leg in development. They end up bouncing a lot higher than normal pogos. I remember one time I bounced on a pogo stick like 1000 times straight without falling. I was the master. I am the master. I must have a BowGo. But then I found something that might actually be even cooler! You guys HAVE to see this thing called the PowerSkip. They're from Germany (although available for order from CA and FL) and they are based on the same concept as the BowGo, using a tortional spring; but instead of a pogo stick, they're like boots. I can't believe what people can do with these things. They're like portable trampolines, strapped to your feet. Go check these bad boys out, and don't forget the Picture Gallery with videos of them in action. Backflips and twists included. They cost about $780US though...
