Photo Album 2.7.9

Did a little bit of work yesterday on the Photo Album system. Basically, the biggest new feature is that anyone can now post comments onto pictures. So, if you think somebody is cute, or want to say that you liked something about the pic, there's a new "Post a comment" link at the bottom of every picture's full-size page.

Also, if you hadn't noticed yet, you can now sort Photo Albums by the most popular pictures. This is kinda cool to see which are the most popular pictures by album, instead of just the normal "Top 6" that are at the bottom of the Album Listing page.
