Wonderful Weekend

Well, I've unfortunately joined the ranks of eZabelers who have lost their cars in some way or another. My sad story isnt as SPECTACULAR as those were.

On the way to this wedding the past weekend, my car started to make very strange noises as we were driving out to PA. We did stop to put oil in cause it was slightly low. Then the sounds just started to get worse and worse, until i figured i would pull off and stop somewhere. The car just DIED as we were getting off the exit ramp, i kinda didn’t have control of it for a second, but... OBVIOUSLY.. i didn’t tell the people i was driving that.

Ahem, anyways, there was a gas station across the street so we pulled (coasted) in there, and some guy came over and said that my "lifter" was busted. Which really meant that i wasn’t driving the rest of the way to the rehearsal that we were already late for. So we decided to send katie and jon to the rehearsal so the bride wouldn’t KILL me, then i would stay with the car, and di would be with me to use her AAA card.

After about a 2 and a half hour wait the tow truck guy finally got there. We got towed alllll the way back to Denville to the Saturn dealership. And then got picked up to get back to Di's car to drive back out to Pa... The night just got better and better when di got pulled over just before the PA border for drunk driving. SHE said she wasn’t drunk.. i had my doubts, but as usual the cop falls for the ditzy blond girl crap, "Oh officer, i didn’t know you have to drive on the RIGHT side of the road the whole time..." Yea.. so she got outta any tests or trips to the police station. So we got back to PA by around 12. All and all everything turned out good. And everyone looked GREAT during the wedding, Di being the "goth chick", and katie, looking very good as one of the bridesmaids, and jon.. well jon, he tried with his pinstripe suit and checkered shoes but... its ok jon, maybe next time... hahaha.

Anyways.. that was a GREAT wedding, everyone had fun, and im sure allison and justin will be awesome together too.
