Moore, Sinise, & West performances not easily <i>Forgotten</i>

Julianne Moore stars in a dark abstract tale of shadows and forgotten memories.
A slow introduction leads to a compelling story line. The audience is pulled into the life of Telly Paretta, portrayed by a distraught Moore. Silver screen veteran Gary Sinise is cast in the character of a vague psychiatrist, Dr. Jack Munce.
While picking up the pieces amidst a life shattering tragedy, Telly and those around her are suddenly engulfed in a frightening reality.
Dominic West potrays Ash Correll, Paretta's only ali in a fight to sift through the lies and abstructions that cast a shadow accross the lives of Telly and many other unsuspecting victims.
The film (written by Gerald Di Pego)spins a web of surreal twists and turns all leading to a haunting climax.
Gerald Di Pego, creates a world where things unspoken of, the soon forgotten, and the nonexsistant are closely intertwined. As Moore & West inch closer to the truth, reality slips away.
Most definately worth the time. The film has an incredible energy, which previews do not reflect.
On it's opening night, with a packed theater, this filmed delivered!
The Forgotten, will definately take the lead in this weekends box office successes and have a strong following in the weeks to come.

i thought it looked pretty interesting. all the reviews say its terrible, though. they say its another movie trying to get that "Sixth Sense" feel and failing miserably.

I saw it & it seems like more girls will like it than guys. In fact, there was a guy there that I knew sitting in front of me(trying to pretend he didn't know me)& after I made myself say hi to him to put an end to the ridiculous awkwardness, he admited he wasn't impressed by the movie.

Um I saw this film MIXED audience ALL actually cheered, screamed, and jumped (for various reasons) through out the entire film.
but i got the feeling from his male opinion that most likely more females will like this movie than guys in general...

a little guy insight: sometimes, if you ask a guy about a certain he'll answer about how he feels about YOU, even if he says or even thinks he's talking about the movie. it's a way to cut off unwanted common ground and any possibilty of enthusiastic conversation.
yeah, well i havent seen the movie, but i talked to some guys at work that went with their significant others, and they said it was kinda lame... ending in some weird chase thing or something, i dunno, i was gonna go see it, but i dunno now....
yeah, Julianne moore jumps into a spaceship and chases the aliens that are messing with everyone away and right before she pushes the Destructo-Matic Laser button on her ship to zap them, she yells "Aliens who make people forget things... FORGET THIS!!!" And then she gets a hero's welcome back in America, but the Russians are mad because the Cold War is over and nobody talks about them anymore. (Credits Roll).
