Google Video Adds Download Support + iPod Support

If you have a new iPod that can play video, you may have just run out of space. Google has added some new features to their Video site that allow you to download videos for your iPod, as well as for your PC or Sony PSP.

Tons of free stuff:

Crazy kids making it look like they're flying: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4945563667086098025
This poor dog: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1524564999742570044
This poor guy from Scare Tactics: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8258549845833126926
Ping-Pong Matrix Style: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2667273833645933816

They also have new TV shows available for purchase, similar to the iTunes Store.

NBA games for $3.95: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6004808990727117690
I Love Lucy for $1.99: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3887630516441788449
MACGAYVER: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2451854838200491263 (that's right)

All I know is that if I had a Video iPod and could download any of these videos in iPod format... I'd be ALL over that.

i don't like the DRM on iTunes. What happens if my computer goes kaput? You people think I'm paying to re-download my songs? Well, I'm not. Because that's ridiculous.

Yeah, I have yet to buy a song or video from iTunes. There's gotta be a way around that, right? If you lose the file, you should be able to get it again.

Does it have something to do with Authorized devices?
