So It's a Whole New Year

So...the transition to a new year went off without a hitch. There were no mass blackouts or anything, which is always good. I hardly noticed the fact that it's 2006 now. Last year seemed to go by so fast with all of the commotion that was going on. There were soaring gas prices, more natural disasters than you can count, including hurricane Katrina and some others, and some aisan earthquakes. Then we still have the war in Iraq going on, along with more political intriuge in the White House. Some other notable things happned too, like the pope dying. All in all, it was kind of a crazy year.

So I wonder what crazy things 2006 holds for us. Will there be another terrosrist attack? Will gas prices soar again? Will Ariel Sharon die? Will a new king of the north rise up? Will Angelina's baby be a boy or a girl? So many things can happen this year, we'll just have to wait and see. Any expectations about what might come in this shiny new year?
