I always thought it would be nice to have a house by the beach. I still do. It was just somewhat disheartening to see the amount of damage sustained by the beach homes in our area after Isabel. Some of the things found washed ashore though were unbelivable. Interestingly, a portion of a ship that is believed to be 100 years old was washed ashore a few blocks from my house.

haha no, but about a month a go i went to go visit a freind who lives in the desert. it's very hot and dead out there.

I'd be so happy to be by the beach all the time. When I am depressed I can just go lay out in the warm sand, thats the best feeling.
this is an insanely hard choice. i think i need the variety. summer, beach. fall, city. winter, the slopes. and well... spring, "my heart is in the sky." haha
