I wear a medium. although it depends on the store/brand. sometimes large. I used to wear a small, when I was 5'10" and 130 lbs. of lean muscle.

im a medium too, but the sleeves are always too short and i am forced to show off the guns, its all about compromise tho i guess. i just wish there were mediums for people over 6 feet! maybe i should start my own clothing line ..
haha, i know what you mean, because sometimes large or extra large are for fat people and they look rediculous. of course, ryan epitomizes the word "lank" so much so that he makes ME look stout, so i'm sure he has more problems finding clothes that fit. i wear LARGE because my shoulders are pretty wide

the only reason to be a guy and wear medium or smaller is cause your either a midget or you want to make your small arms look bigger by wearing something that is to small, aka guido muscle shirt style!
