for some reason i think that millencolin would be a good choice. they have alot of cool upbeat songs... how about "man or mouse" or "kemp"? both awesome songs

as stated, pt=physical therapy. in my case, i think i recieved one too many shots to the face playing basketball or football, then just aggravating it over the years
