The mother of iwz himself, she joined eZabel in December 2000 — making her one of the site's earliest members — and used it the way a proud parent would: to keep an eye on what her kid had built, to embarrass him lovingly in public, and to share her own stories along the way. Her comments were a window into the Zabel family lore. She told the story of her brother presenting her with his own poop "nicely wrapped in toilet paper" as a gift, getting punched off her bike and daring him to do it again, and her husband getting stung by bees after attacking a hive with an ax — only for her to try the exact same thing minutes later. She also posted the kind of thing only a mother could get away with on a website full of twentysomethings: telling Ian that his wife Kayla "takes great care of you, and you two look so darn cute together," and gently adding that "visiting our house is still highly encouraged." She also posted under the alt account redrider, and once told thefunkyfresh he'd "better watch out, cause I know who he is!" She attended 13 eZabel events — more than most members half her age — from beach bonfires to go-karting to Band From Society shows, and she was genuinely curious about the site itself, once sending Ian a bug report with the full error diagnostic pasted in. Her crew included g.f.s.rocks, jollycandyman, and rocksupastar, who once invited her to a Manhunt game for 17-to-20-year-olds without realizing who she was — which she found hilarious.
