Adam McCord joined eZabel in April 2001 and was the kind of guy who showed up to everything but never needed to dominate the conversation. He attended 15 events — eZabel parties, manhunt games, LAN parties, Band From Society shows, go-carting, jp's Yankees Extravaganza — making him one of the most socially present members on the site. He was also a musician, recruited into flomojopoanode's band circle after iwz dropped out of rehearsals. His comments were few but memorable: his congratulations to Ian and Mikayla on their engagement was a masterful split-screen comedy bit, warning Ian about eternal nagging on one side and Mikayla about "poop stained underwear" on the other, before closing with a genuine "Congratulations guys!!!!!" He went to concerts with Ian — Jimmy Eat World at Irving Plaza, Dashboard Confessional tabs on the guitar — and he had a dry take on everything from actors being "the stupidest people in the world" to blaming the jetstream for an unseasonably warm December.
