Honestly, just try to keep your mind occupied- lately since i've been a little down - I'ld say pretty much the same thing- exercising releases allll that frustration - and it makes you happier.
Liiike goin on a bike ride or a hike or maybe just a plain old jog, besides that kind of stuff is fun anyway.
