unbelievable... you should have mike report it to the apartment complex management. they have to know who plows their parking lots. plus you could probably sue the guy for a hit and run.

i called the police and they showed up at like midnight. they filed a report as a hit and run. i just hope my insurance doesn't make ME pay. does anyone know how insurance companies view hit and runs?

i don't know, but its a really good thing that you called the cops right away. hopefully they'll catch the dirtbag that did that
