i like chief wiggum, he's great! i remember one show he was arresting a guy dressed up in a cow costume (he was protesting at the krusty burger) and he was like "we'll be seeing you in MOO-nicipal court!" and the black cop is like "haha, good one chief" and chief is like "wat? wat did i say?"
