yeah, its a common saying of his...and from what i hear...the corny jokes are a plenty out in ohio, haha
Yeah...from his dad especially. Yesterday during a talk, he was saying something about when the Sadducees left somewhere, and so they were "sad...you see"....(get it? Sadducees...sad, you see?) I think that is where RP gets it from.
The corny jokes do flow like wine out here, though.

Yeah...it was kinda sad, in a funny way...the whole congregation just did what they always do...they just kinda do that nervous laugh that you make when, you don't really think something is funny, but you don't want to hurt the person's feelings. There was a mix of that, and also people rolling their eyes.....he makes "jokes" like that a lot. Hehe.
haha, man he should come to our congregation...we laugh at the corniest stuff all the time...only we really laugh...i think we have the corniest congregation...err, that doesn't sound right...the congregation that laughs at the corniest things
Some of the people in our congregation really like his jokes....and once in a blue moon they are really funny....but mostly just sorta funny. Maybe we'll send him up there to give a talk, so you can see for yourself. :)
