oh linds, you gotta go again, believe me, it sucks for a while till you get used to going down the hill and know how to move your feet, im telling ya. DEF go more!

beachbum Jan 9, 2004

yeah i think just about everyone hates their first day or two. you need to watch insane snowboarding videos before you go to get psyched up

skaorsk8 Jan 9, 2004

i argue...i loved my first day...i hated my sixth day.

beachbum beachbumOG 2002

why the sixth day? did you suddenly suck on that day?

skaorsk8 skaorsk8OG 2002

that was the day i set out to teach myself how to do some toe-edge... on that 1/16th of an inch of snow, with the solid block of ice

beachbum beachbumOG 2002

you were going down only on heel edge for SIX DAYS??

skaorsk8 skaorsk8OG 2002

hmm i still do, i guess i'm a slow learner, hey, thanks for announcing that

beachbum beachbumOG 2002

haha sorry, but actually you said it-i just put the pieces together.

thefunkyfresh thefunkyfreshFounder

wow... you really SUCK!

skaorsk8 skaorsk8OG 2002

dude, you're so gettin it. keep in mind that when you least expect it, your ugly orange shorts are getting stolen.

thatdarngirl thatdarngirlOG 2002

Wow..they were making us do both toe and heel edges yesterday. And I always needed to do heel edges more and I just couldn't do it.

beachbum beachbumOG 2002

i found toe edge to be easier at first for some reason

skaorsk8 skaorsk8OG 2002

bah. heel edge is child's play

beachbum beachbumOG 2002

well yes it is since i've mastered both long ago. and i should hope so for you seeing as you've spent your whole snowboarding career on your heel edge :)

iwz iwz

i agree. i have finer control on my toe edge.
