OH NO!!! not another hair disaster that we are too familiar with! haha.. I actualy just put a couple blonde streaks in my hair, i used that stuff called "Chunking" and um, it came out ok but of cor...
hmm.. imaging? what program is that? You can open it in Paint and just resize the image by dragging the square, or you can open it in Microsoft Photo Editor, and select and area and hit Image -> Crop... lots of different ways.
eh i tried it but now i can't edit the comment... and .. i duno if it worked anyway. Blah? yes.
