im job searching does anyone know any good websites to search? besides monster & hot jobs? does anyone know any good part time jobs that have benifits?
right now things are going well besides that.... adams great... but also looking for a job... we're a couple of poor kids looking for jobs.
i turned 21 jan 5th... that was kool.
i think im moving in july... i dont know where to yet... maybe new york...who knows.

yeah, herbal essences is retarded....NOBODY USE IT! On the bright side, if you call the company, you can get your money back.
I use Herbal Essence to dye my hair all the time and it works fine..maybe it's just the streaking brush-y thing?

OH NO!!! not another hair disaster that we are too familiar with! haha.. I actualy just put a couple blonde streaks in my hair, i used that stuff called "Chunking" and um, it came out ok but of coruse by the roots it's orangish and the bottoms are bleachey. Great. OOPS sorry this is so huge, i don't know how to make it smaller. Yay for gay!!

Hmm if you wanna fix it, either call up the number on the box and yell at them, or go get it done which i know can be expensivo... so what IIIIIIII would do.. hehe.. is call up the place cos sometimes they atually do know what to do in those situations. They'll prolly tell you to dye your hair a couple shades lighter than the rest of the hair, because the bleached parts will absorb color super quick so they'll turn out way dark. Even a non-permanent dye would work, i'm pretty sure, it won't wash out of bleached hair. And then in a little while you can try highlighting again once it like, normalizes itself. Haha. Ive done this stuff so many times.
A few years ago, I dyed my hair a brown/reddish color, and it wasn't as dark as I wanted it, so stupid me, I went and put the same shade over top of it again, thinking I should just double the color, and it will make it darker.....stupid me. It turned my hair almost the same color as Ronald McDonald's hair. It was AWFUL!!!! I called the number on the box, and apparently, when you put red on top of red, the brown gets cancelled out. So all I had to do was put a bsic brown over top, and it fixed it. That was my worst hair nightmare. It was so embarrassing. I looked like a freak.

Did you edit the picture in Paint or something? Cause all you have to do is resize or crop the picture...

hmm.. imaging? what program is that? You can open it in Paint and just resize the image by dragging the square, or you can open it in Microsoft Photo Editor, and select and area and hit Image -> Crop... lots of different ways.

Usually, from what I've heard, the stuff up on websites, by the time the ad is up there, the job is already filled. I'd suggest.. from personal experience - the job I have now, and the job my hubby has now, we both found it thru the good old-fashioned newspaper. PA people don't really use the internet. Haha. I duno. Always good to check the PA Unemployment site... I don't know what it is but i'm sure they have listings.
Also! it's PERFECT timing to get a job at a mountain if you're near one. I worked at Montage Mountain when I was out in Scrantonia!

I worked at the ski/snowboard school, it was a separate building, a tiny little lodge, i loved it haha. I sold tickets basically. I was only there like a week or two tho... then unemployment finally kicked in from NJ!! And it was more per week then the job. Hah.
but anywho, the mountain places are always hirin.

um, because i was already collecting in NJ, then moved to PA, and they just took FOREVER to transfer it to PA. Finally it went thru. Ugh. It sure was a BROKE time!! I worked at The Limited, but they only gave me like 10 hours a week, and then i got the Montage jobbie, and I only worked there like 3 days a week, or sumtin? and then unemployment FINALLY kicked in and it actually made more sense to just quit that job...
Basically after hte first 2 or 3 weeks the job would have been full-time, which means i would have to give up unemployment, and the job paid less than unemployment. Hah. Bye bye job!
But if I didn't have that little unemployment thingie going... the pay wasn't that bad! And the people were fun, and the job was fun. I loved it! And I got a mountain ID card and snowboarded for almost free all winter everywhere else. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH

ha ha, hmm, I don't think I ever had a hair crisis, cause usually I dont really care what the out come is, ,hair cut hair color, yada yada,, back in the day that is, now, i don't have just anyone do it,, My sister always cut and colored my hair, 2 yrs younger that she is always was so good with that stuff, I 'd be like just give me a style and she would, ,good times!
Yo once i dyed my hair auburn brown thinking auburn meant light brown as opposed to RED!! That was humiliation incarnate...
