This is rough situation, because on one hand its hard for the kids that dont get in trouble, because usually the kids that do always get the attention. Once they make one step in the right direction everyone is jumping in talking about how good they are doing and how great they are, no matter how many times the kid goes back to his old ways. So the one that doesnt get in trouble is left out with no attention. Which is obviously going to make that one resent the "bad" kid, even if they eventually make a real change. On the other hand you have to think about the story of the prodical son. We have to be happy when people realize their mistakes, and even if its hard you have to allow people to change and when they really do, you have to look at them differently too.
