interesting question . . . thing is, i would only call a friend a "cracker", and only if i knew it wouldn't offend them . . . and i only think its funny under certain circumstances . . . but i call all my friends out by their racial slurs, and none of them seem to get offended

i've heard stories about how mad people have taken offense to being called mick.
personally, you can call me a mick, cracker, spic, ginny, diego, guitto or whatever you wish. i will laugh in your face sooo hard. if you think insulting people i have never met in my family anscentory will offend me or make me feel embrassed about where i come from, then you're sadly mistaken.
