If you ever use lite-salt... the low-sodium kind, I hear that is the best way to get all your potassium. I think it's something like 2 teaspoons a day, used in whatever food you would normally season with salt, and suposedly that's all the potassium you need. Potassium supplements are expensive and retarted, they only have like 3% RDA in there.
