Nope, as far as I know, they don't do reviews unless you ask for them, and I'm just not sure if i should ask my boss, or the lawyer who trained me, who I see more as my supervisor I guess. There's only 14 people in the company, me, 1 file clerk, 1 receptionist, 6 lawyers and 5 secretaries. So it's not liek a big corporation that does things formally and "by the book"
right neither does mine, but you have to start sometime. i was their first official review. my boss just returned from vacation...i'm going to approach him about the possible raise because i need it.
oh i see. Interesting. So should I just ask for one?? ahhh i'm so stupid.
heck yea. especially after taking on additional responsibilities they owe it to you.
look at it this way: you're not gonna get fired if you ask for a raise. the worst that could happen is they say no.
what if they suddenly start analyzing my slacking habits, and fire me? haha
hrm, well in that case, maybe you don't deserve a raise haha
i just got a raise!!! $1.50 yesssssss go ask for a raise this feels so good
wooohoooo!!! awesome. $1.50 would be nice, that would be just right!
yes i needed this so much. ive been having anxiety over it alllll week.
wow! awesome! congrats!
