Yeah you need to ask for a raise. You might want to schedule a meeting with both bosses. Then lay out what you've accomplished for the company and let them know what you need to work on, bosses love this. Then proceed to ask for the raise but in a very professional manner as your dealing with lawyers. Be pretty witty about it too...thank goodness ours come yearly!
