It's important to remember (both for Mods and normal users) that Stupid and Off-Topic tags are not saying anything against the poster.
It's just that if we think a particular comment shouldn't be seen by users with Stupid or Off-Topic disabled, then we'll mark it as such. There are a few mods that definitely hand out too many Stupid tags, and I'll make sure they stop doing that. (rock supastar and skaorsk8!)
