I did, in fact, go to my prom. Sophomore, Junior, and Senior year. Did the Homecoming dances too. In my defense, I wasn't a Witness at the time, though. I think there are a lot of stigmas that go...
i had that... it actually was one of the most memorable times of my life. i really am happy that i did that and i have NO regrets. i thought it was so much fun, and everyone i knew at the time came! i had talked about it for like 5 years before i had it... saying my party was the anti prom/graduation party. and my view of prom... well its all conscience... all things are lawful but not all things are adventagious. in the truth people have a really bad light on the prom... and we want to be free from reproach, and not do anything that would offend or stumble OTHERS... so basically i didnt go, although i really wanted to.
