My in-laws moved to North Carolina and they CONSTANTLY talk bad about NJ like the state itself is the reason that they didn't do too well here in certain aspects... but of course in reality it was ...

of course to each his own, and if you wanna hate a state, hate a state, hehe it's fine with me.

I duno I think personally I prefer to accept my surroundings and be "content with sustenance and covering" no matter what state or country it is. Being happy with what you got is a good feeling.

Im, happy with what I have, i dont need more or less, i'm content, and if i never move i never move, but i dont like new jersey, never did.
