Now how do you go and select a particular person on who encourages you? What if there is a Brother or Sister who feels they hold a special place in your life and they feel too that they are encouraging... but their name is not mentioned here?

Sure it's a sweet thing to say - but All my Brothers and Sisters are encouraging. Yes there is always that someone who has a good hold on you and somehow fits your peronality like there are those who do with me and I feel more encouraged by being around them.
