use dreamweaver mx. i've heard good things about it. of course, it's always better to learn html and code it all by hand :)

That's what I do. ...do it all by hand. I like it best. Notepad rocks! WYSIWYG editors annoy me.

ick, I think if I really had to code in VI, I would not be coding at all. So far every job that has had VI I have installed either midnight commander (or other multiline editor) or setup X termina...

I use VI for simple things, I haven't figured out how to code with it but I can run simple scripts. But emulation is such a pain with UNIX.

yeah i use VI for small edits, its a quick editor, but even after learning all the short cut keys that make me feel like im stitching an oriental rug I can't stand it for bigger projects, plus no syntax highlighting....

And yeah term emulation, what the heck, all this software we wrote uses IBM3151, an ancient emu protocol, so of course finding a really decent soft terminal that supports it is impossible
