Probably Solo, he's just too cool. I love his sarcasm. Thrawn would probably be second, followed by Vader, Mara Jade, and Luke. I hate Wedge and all the X-wing team, they should have been killed...

i hate wedge too because whenever i think of him i always picture this guy:
